@mschilder123 That's a good point. There's plenty of rocks and bolders scattered around the Snowdonia landscape so I think these will work fairly well even with the small gap between lenses. I've been using the Fuiji 3D W1 for a couple of years now, which has been great for taken 3D photos but not very good for 3D videos.

Thanks for uploading this. The quality is great and the image stability make it very comfortable to watch. Snowboarding so close to the trees and rocks makes great 3D viewing. I'm looking to get the new GoPro 3D system for recording and sharing more 3D walks around the mountains of Snowdonia in North Wales. My current system of using two Kodak V570s is quite limiting, so it's fantastic to see what can be done with such high quality kit.

@in3Dimensions1 The eye distance on the current 3d housing is pretty small, so on large sweeping landscape views the effect is not very pronounced. I figure they kept is small to cater to surfers, bikers and other pretty close-up scenes.
I am also playing with a fuij 3d w3, which has 'normal' 7.5 cm eye distance. But that's not as water and shock proof, so not suited for snowboarding ;-)
