Good video Penni. I try and take a CE once a week. I first take a 2 qt cleansing enema, then do the coffee retention enema - lots easier to hold for 12 - 15 minutes You can space them about an hour apart to have time to "recover". Some people do 2 or 3 cleansing enemas then coffee but that's a little tedious. Whatever works for you.
