I hope the stimulus bill is carefully considered. I'm not in favor of most kinds of stimulus plans of free money giveaways, but always a fan of funds that are targeted to specific groups of people, organizations or departments. But, hey, I don't have a degree in economics. I can't wait to hear about solutions and a well considered plan. :)
