@PhilosopherManguy The "Origin" thought is where you are stumbling upon your own feet. Which came first the chicken or the egg? It's a trick question as in there is no first, as in there is only a now, not a before or after, neither came first, they came simultaneously. Your linear thinking needs to be rethought when thinking about the infinite. Manmade concepts of time hold quite a few of us back. May you find what you are looking for.
Path of Least Resistance!! Not necessarily changing my belief; might be easier to change my behavior. It is a combination of changes of different natures, in a consistent way so to accommodate the change itself in the most swift and expeditious manner for the desired change to occur. I very much appreciate the posting!
@1971SuperLead right... lol and that is based on observations.. we notice that things don't just die out... BUT ... NOTHING cannot form SOMETHING... and because the steady state system for the universe doesn't work, we know that things don't just stay the same or support themselves as an eternal means. In other words, something cannot come from nothing, if nothing is TRULY nothing, because otherwise there is something. In other words there must be an origin.
@PhilosopherManguy, Matter and energy are eternal, following the first law of thermodynamics—“Energy can be transformed (changed from one form to another), but it can neither be created nor destroyed.”
I had no idea I was such a follower of scientific theory....but there it is.
@1971SuperLead Based on what can you say this? Science would say that we do not know that, and even suggest that things have NOT gone on forever. I already agreed that the forms change... so please stop repeating that. Space-time, is relativism, it has nothing to do with the study of form. It has to do with space and time being related.
@PhilosopherManguy Matter and energy remain constant for all of eternity. Time changes neither one. Their forms change, but they do not change. A sand castle changes form but the sand does not. Space-time is the study of forms of matter and energy and not the matter and energy themselves.
@1971SuperLead matter and energy are not exempt from time--- ever heard of space-time? or relativity? don't bring up quantum physics with me and then ignore the other parts that it teaches. And don't bring up time if you claim it doesn't exist. Knowledge may be timeless.. but thats another subject.
Actually, as Einstein said, space, time and matter are all the same thing. i would say Seth, Bashar and Abraham, would also point out that space, time, matter and CONSCIOUSNESS, are the same. And of course, this is energy, aspects of energy.

Do you want to refute the this scientific theory?
