3Phase was there, lol. Barriers, trucks, employees, haha. No doubt 3Phase did it.

Maybe KONE did all the modernizations. How do you know 3Phase elevator modernized these?

It's likely that 3Phase did it. These were the first ones done, but the door operators do have KONE stickers (as does the scenic elevator).

@ElevatingBoston I think 3Phase Elevator Corp. Did the modernization on this since the rest of the mall elevators were modernized by 3Phase elevator. I think they used Innovation Universal instead of Preimer because parking garage elevators don't use luxury things.

It breaks down all the time and it's scary as hell. They only have 1 light on (over the panel) out of 6 downlights, so it's pitch dark in most of the cab.
