u could say "Well ur smaller, so there is less to pull up..." but then again, in relation to size, muscle mass is relative too. A large man has larger muscle mass, and vise versa for a smaller man, us smaller guys cant lift something a 6'2 230lb guy can with ease, but training an repitition allows ANYONE to do things that undisciplined ppl cant imagine. It is all in dedication, not size...

Wow... for the 1RM it's not impressive because you are small and light (apparently, no offense huh).
But OAC negatives are hard to do for everyone, I personnally only can hold a bit at the tom, then lower slightly and.... fall xD

Yep it is a belt plus 3 other belts tied together :D They were lying around so I thought I'd use them. I think you can get proper weight belts though.

nice, what ur bodyweight? did u do the negatives on the same day as the 1rm chinup?

Thanks. Yeah I did the negatives maybe 10 minutes after the 1RM. I was just going to post a video of the 1RM but thought it would be a bit boring so I added the negatives.
My body weight here is about 59kg.
