To make little clear,as we all know dangerous tour was the biggest tour ever been undertaken by anyone it was and could have more concerts than BAD tour but unfortunately due to false charges it never happened.
Talking about song it got included in the second leg of tour,thats why we can't find it at bucharest concert.

He did but during the 1993 leg of the tour, the dvd is in bucharest, romania which he visited during the 1992 leg of the tour, where dangerous was not yet performed
