Its a mono sound and by using the sustain pedal its screwing things up. Yes it shouldn't do it, but don't use the sustain pedal for an arpeggio. You've got both hands, work on making your technique more fluid instead ;)

I think it is a Korg problem... My X50 fucks up in that way too...

You don't have a bug or software glitch. The program is monophonic and the key follow or tracking generator (I forget what it is on Korg) is triggering a new multisample when the filter opens up. That's why it only happens when you sweep from low to high. Change the setting to polyphonic in Program mode and it will stop. By the way, we synth players LOVE glitches when we find them. Anything that makes us feel smarter than the programmer. We're all quite insecure.
