The foreign words absorbed in any language become the words of the language. It is with all the languages. English is full of French, Latin, Greek and even Hindi languages. All those words are now English vocabulary. English dictionaries include them. The 118 words enumerated by Syuti is not complete list. Quranic Arabic is understood by Arabs.
