i started to change my routine...i was doing mon- chest/ tri tue-back/bi weds-rest thur-legs fri-delts.. but felt like i lost lots of gains for changing...felt like i neede twice a week... now i'm going to do mon - chest/delts/tri tues-back/legs/bi weds-rest thurs- wht i did mon fri- wht i did on tues... I just make it less intense and i'll feel good working my chest and other parts twice.. what do you think???

guys, if you listened to what he actually said, you'd realize that he did do the rest pauses, he just didn't show it. wow, listen.

@rolaball74 dude, either it works or it doesn't work. whether you are on gear or not, doesn't matter. If high volume worked better, don't you think hed be doing that? If anything, high volume is more suited for steroid users given the extreme number of sets they do and the much larger amount of volume. they need the roids to recover from all that.

what does benching with an underhanded grip do differently from benching with a normal grip?

@XxowendanxX - it makes it a triceps-dominated movement. It specifically hits the long head of the tri (the "hanging loaf of bread" part. :)
