Ani Stube stops to kick out the jam on the side of the trail to Stuart Peak in the Rattlesnake WIlderness. Ani picks Doc Watson's "Deep River Blues" on "The Snail" the most amazing travel guitar to conquer the Montana wilderness, handcrafted in Paradise, Montana. Sorry, we mowed through all the huckleberries.

  • Rick McCullom who builds these snails for around six bills responded "the 00-P Parlors are currently $1189.00 with hardshell case and are a dynamite instrument, really good for blues."

  • wow your great love doc watson. This thing sounds way better than a martin back packer where can i find one?

  • @eatthemoon13 The Snail has much more handcrafted wood than the Backpacker but still fits in the overhead compartment of an airplane. Rick McCullom makes each one in Paradise Montana. He calls his shop the Montana Guitar Shop. This guitar goes everywhere with me, the wilderness, India, Indonesia, Bali, the beach.
