This is the second video of what I hope to be many of cooking with my Ah-Ng, Anne Poon. Due to the time limit on You Tube, I've had to edit a fair bit out. In the next video I hope to have exact ingredients and measurements of the dish unlike this video and the one before. As you will notice though, a lot of the items put into the dish go in accordance with taste instead of measurements.

  • Thank you for sharing this video, It brings back memeories of when I used to love watching my grandma cook and learn..that was always a speical time.

  • @MrBones103 Cheers. My grandparents are now getting on a bit, and thankfully with a change of job position recently I will be able to visit them a bit more often and the plan is to get some better quality videos in the new year.

  • Amazing wok, the noodles dont even stick to it!! Is it a carbon steel wok? Also how can I buy one of these wok burners? I bet the food tastes absolutely amazing!

  • @lycheesack It's probably from just all the oil I'd assume, though I will check with her in the coming week since we're having Christmas lunch with them. Food is off the hook.

  • this video is awesome.

  • Thanks. Reminds me I need to start cranking them out again
