Probably because you have a good amount of strength and not very good speed. Try lifting more explosively and work some plyometric drills for speed and see if it improves.

wierd, i have done nothing but olympic weightlifting for 7 months (change of sport) and my vertical has improved 4 inches, but i am blessed with world class coaching
200 kg clean and jerk for 105 kg class is pretty weak, im guessing hes a B lifter?

Dima weighed 96kg that day. He did not train for 5 months and he still did that poundage. By the way he's world was world champ in 2005 and 3rd last worlds.
