lol it looks like its a Fake firewall...
if not, use PrivateFirewall, Online Armor, ZoneAlarm, or Comodo..these are the best out there and all free, just google one of them and you will find the result.
(I like PrivateFirewall by the way)

this is just a intrusion attempt and I found that a root kit had been planted on my computer with out knowledge and was directly at a remote access to my network.
