Just checked Chick fil a locations. There are none in VT. One in NH, 2 in Mass-- all are in shopping malls.I've met Bo a bunch of times, and It's real hard to imagine Bo in a mall. Last time I saw the inside of a mall was in the 1990s. Saw hello to the new reality, big business -- there are millions of us who do not eat your food, shop in your malls, or watch your tv. And yes, we do eat kale -- locally grown.

Like Bo the tee shirt maker, I live in Vermont. There are no Chik-fil-a franchises in Vermont. Like a hefty share of other Vermonters, I don't have a TV so never so an ad, either. In fact, I never heard of Chik-fil-a until they sued Bo. Bo probably never heard of Chik either -- til they sued him . The idea that he stole his idea from the franchise or copied it is totally absurd.

If you work in marketing, you know that slogans do in fact sell the products. Everyone remembers the "wheres the beef" slogan. Granted you have to have a good product, but the slogans get people in the doors.
