The "guys, cover up please" line damages this commercials effectiveness due to the sub-conscience effect it will have on males. No guy wants to hear a girl tell him to "cover up", the look on her face when she says it implies disgust, and she raises her hands up in front of herself in a defensive manner which basically says "get away from me". Rejection is one of the most painful emotions a human being can experience, definitely not the type of response advertisers should be going for.
