This is one of the small handful of films that actually project the processes of enlightenment to a broad audience. The only other one I know is 'Kundun'. And I have a copy of that. So thank you! I think I will buy it!

Yeah, I just searched for it on Netflix, and was taken aback to find it unavailable there.
And yes, this movie is a masterpiece, and am always pleased to see expressions of appreciation for it.
Cheers.

This is the most important film in my life, as simple as that...

This movie was one of my favorites for many years, and found that even Netfix did not carry it! I was so disappointed. I am very glad to see it here, today. There are so few movies that carry more than a grain of truth.

This film is wonderful. It provides inspiration and insight for those who seek real understanding. Try not to confuse the enigmatic personality of Gurdjieff with his important message... who are you?
You are very ignorant. Did you know my family cried when they ruined that bamiyan buddha??? Do you know how many Afghan people cried because of the buddha? That was part of our history. Our legacy. Obviously you have no education and you dont know that it was extremists who blew up the buddha and killed many Afghans. And also, Afghans are PERSIAN. And we speak Persian, and we were part of Persia for a long time. Learn your history my friend.

There are 14 countries stationed in Afghanistan right now, including 3 world powers and they even cannot stabilize the region with their guns and grenades. How can I do anything then??? Afg died a long time ago and no one mourned it or cared, why should i do anything now? Alll I can do is pray that my family is okay and pray for the suffering people everywhere.
