@GiZmoAK907 (quoting GiZmoAK907 "this is fuckin stupid") Tearing down someone's work without offering useful criticism is a sign of a small and petty mind.

Sounds good man ! so i take it that within your daw you have all of your tracks that you've created and the buttons are assigned to un-mute each track within the daw ? is that how it works ? Iv'e thought of getting one of these i just don't know the complete functionality of it .

@Flipjunkie1 A monome *could* be used for a trivial task such as unmuting tracks, but, no, that isn't what is going on.

I'm not saying that these aren't fucking awesome, but it's just that the videos are a tad misleading. What they are impressing you with is pressing a bunch of pre-programmed triggers.
Sandison3210 1 year ago
@Sandison3210 No, ksd generates music in real time. There is no prerecorded audio involved or a 'bunch of pre-programmed triggers'

People seem to be missing the point of what you've done here, Stretta. That's a bit of a shame..

@DraconumPB Thanks! I guess I should take it as a complement that people are confusing algorithmically-generated musical output as "audio loops and triggers"
