I have always loved bluegrass but didn't care for the Lewis Family sound... it was a bit too twangy for me. As a college student during research on the history of bluegrass I got to meet Little Roy at a festival. After meeting him in person, I am a fan. The best part is- he's the same off stage as on stage... no matter where you meet him. One can't help but like the goof ball !!!
If there ever was a true showman it has to be Roy Lewis. There was a legend that Janice and Polly used to have to calm him down between sets because he'd get so worked up during the show!

@Ivoryticklermama Yep. Little Roy has been doing this for 30 years. Though I noticed he didn't do the suspender pulling part. hahahahah

I have been watching Little Roy perform this show for more years than I can say and it still brings a smile to my face.
