  • my mom is a single mom and when i was younger worked from when i went to school till when i was in bed so i was always at a babysitters.. even tho it got the money we needed i feel like i dont really know her because she was and never is around

  • i know right!!! i wish!!!!

right now i am trying to figure out how to be with my children and make money at the same time....it seems so impossible...i hope to figure this one out!!!!

  • I'm glad you have money to be able to stay home with your child, however I'm a single mother and work paycheck to paycheck and have to go back after only 2 weeks out of work to support my child. I would love to be able to stay home everyday and watch him grow, but thats not reallty. So please before you act all high and mighty saying your a real mom, and we aren't cause we need to earn a pay check for our kids think about how lucky you are, be greatful, and shut up.

  • oh yeah? and what if ur a single mother? what are single mums gonna do to keep her family on their feet if they dont go back to work and earn some money what would you rather? a child being cared for wen their mum is out working or a child living with their mum in a box on the street with no food?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! exactly....... think before you speak! every mother is real.

  • A real mother does not go back to work!

  • If you do not need to go back to work and you do anyway it is no less than Child Abandonment!! Why have a child if someone else is going to raise it for you. A real mother would not go back to work untill her youngest child was 6 years old and in Grade 1. A mother needs to be there to send her child to school and be home for them when they get back!
