I had this song stuck in my head and decided to look it up... I miss my childhood, I'd do anything to put on oversized shoes, and a princess dress, running around the living room giggling with my dad chasing. Even though I now know he always let me win. It's not a bad thing to have an imagination and watch this movie without hyper analyzing it. Kids only get to be kids for so long; and teaching them racial understanding rather than the sad truth doesn't hurt either. Maybe kids learn a lesson from a movie like this... not a historical lesson but one about being a better person. In nature Simba would kill all his friends, but I can stretch my imagination and still enjoy The Lion King. Lighten up guys.
