@pownedbyalemur Yes, the plumber came after the building was set up. Not ideal, but the homeowner first contracted one plumber, but ended up using another company.

I saw the floorplan included a bath and a kitchenetter, but there was no rough-in for any plumbing. Is that a project for later?
