Very nice man... Thanks for the info.

What is the thing that smelts and removes air called? And can it be used to store food long term, for prepping?

what if I don't have a sealer? will my food go bad?

Where to find dehydration foods?

Thanks for this video, I have been doing some research on dehydrating and vacuuming for my 2012 AT thru-hike. One question about the heat sealing bags; I imagine they are pretty sensitive to heat, but do you know if you could add boiling water directly to the bag to rehydrate your meal? Or could you just cut the top off of zip lock bags and vacuum those?
Just a thought on diversifying my meals, because then you could make meals with sides instead of just one pot meals.

Hey Tinny,
How come ya don't just store your meat with your veggies?
bigsammieking 2 years ago
Because the meat take twice as long to cook
