@kshhashim i dont know i have never been there. im just throwing out theories. cuz india is soo fucking over populated. even the rural areas are just full of people. everywhere you go there is nothing but people everywhere its insane. property values are unusually sky high because of over population. one difference between china, is that india is smaller in land size than china. some of india's land is illegally occupied by china in fact.
