  • How did you get the rights to homestead in California. I would like to do the same but I dont know, the legal processes, weather or not I have to own the land or any of that info. All the things that I have looked up online gave me cryptic info.

  • @SmileCavy86 - She purchased the land. All legal & legit.

  • What is a wwoofer? I have a unique opportunity to homestead. Is that the same thing?

  • same thing- no. cool opportunity- yes

wwoofing is a way to travel and learn how about organic farming, natural building and other sustainable life skills. WWOOFers typically exchange half a day's enthusiastic help for room & board in the home of the farmer.

  • i enjoyed your video! I'd recommend adding more tags to try to bring in more viewers (permaculture, organic, green, etc), because I think the wwoof concept is cool and ppl don't know much about it.

  • Excellent point. thx

  • I would like to WWOOF but I hate fat women. What do I do?

  • I'm curious if anybody can answer: Is there anything available during the winter months? I have time to WWOOF now until January and am not really sure if that would work, but I hope I can. Does anyone have any experience wwoofing during the winter season (in California or anywhere else)? Your advice would be so so appreciated. I want to go get dirty and learn about food!

  • @dustyloup It is an AWESOME concept and I've only just heard of WWOOF from this video. I love what she is doing for people wanting to learn, and who see our future in permaculture. A+

  • I am not saying She didnt. Wait. I think people are getting a little confused about what I am asking for, why I said what I said. My last comment was directed towards some one elses comment not towards her. What I am asking her is for advice on where I might go AND WHO I need to talk to about starting up my own homestead in the future, because the only info I have found on my own was hard to understand. So...that is the entire and sincere motive behind my comments.

  • @straksi . Well I would need to dothis legaly since it would be something I'd pass on to my children and grandchildren.

  • @SmileCavy86 my opinion.. fuck the law

  • mendecino county??

  • Inspirational. Thank you!
