Large numbers of older people in care/sheltered.hospital environments are being bullied by 'Power Pervert' staff. This problem is as big as that with bullying of children. Media reports refer to it as a "culture of abuse". I'm talking about EVIL targetting the elderly. Believe us when we speak about it! (we are usually told to "put our complaints in writing" ... when we do the people who are supposed to investigate it say we're "delusional".)
