Kid has no boundaries. All mom does is yell at him. She doesn't enforce any rules or mete out any punishments or consequences. Maybe if she clearly laid out some rules and then enforced them ruthlessly, the kid would learn that he can't get what he wants by throwing a fit. I wonder what the kid was upset about anyway? Hard to tell from the vid. He just seems to hate everything going on.
