Do you think I would be able to put a MOLLE battle belt under this rig if it was adjusted enough?

Yes and I plan to do the same soon. This vest is meant to have that layout. It sits higher and the bottom should come to a little lower than your belly button

I'm 5" 9' and I weigh 102 lbs. I'm pretty skinny. Will this vest fit me without bouncing around alot?

It may end up being a bit big for your size. I am about 5 11 and 140 and i still have a bit of a problem with it bouncing. i have tried filling up the pouches with alot of stuff and that helps. i have 6 m4 pmags in them for other teammates to use or for when i use my masada. the vest is amazing but not the perfect sniper vest. i am more of a milsim fan so i have a pack on the back for extra gear and etc. but ill do a personal loadout video here soon for everyone!

I'm 5'9 155lbs. It fits me really well. I found it was VERY adjustable. I did have around 5-6ft of straps hanging off mine after adjusting it, but I just rolled them up and tucked them away into the PCs.

I was able to adjust the shoulder pad location, which adjusted where the plates sat on me, higher or lower on my chest/back. feels really good.

if you put in mock SAPI plates, it will help fit you better. i made some for my brothers vest by shaping cardboard and gluing 3-4 layers together
