I fell in love with Katherine Heigl before I even seen Grey's I only watched it because she was in it. But I'm just saying that out of everyone story line I hated hers it wasn't in no way relatable. It wasn't realistic and I'm not talking like ghost I mean the thing that she did like i don't know steal a heart. She would have not been able to keep her job. But I think the only good thing I can say, she played her role because she is a good actress.

Take it easy, sis. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I (black heterosexual male) would like to see Bailey take her pants off and shake it for me. But let's be realistic I personally haven't seen many black female doctors. If I weren't married and had to choose between Bailey and Grey it would be Bailey. But Izzie over Bailey. But while we're talking about image and subsequently behavior, Maybe a life of being blonde and pretty is why Ms Heigel acted the way she did.

Katherine Heigle is good but the only reason I think that is because of what I saw on Grey's Anatomy. Izzie's storyline was like that because of what she said about the writing. Because then they got ready to get rid of her. As an actor how do you reject your industry's highest honor in recognition for your work and then try blast your coworkers? And now she wants to come back to Grey's. Truthfully her movies aren't that great but she get's paid for them. And we've never seen her boobs!

I respect your opinion but she didn't leave she was written out. And though you say her story line sucked I know people who loved her and Denny. I didn't like the ghost part but I liked the rest of it. Consider for a moment. A beautiful sexy woman who is intelligent and has paid for medical school up front on her own terms. That was good enough to be up for an Emmy but she WITHDREW because she said her boss wasn't doing a good job. Criticize your boss in public? REALLY? OCCUPATIONAL SUICIDE!

Katherine Heigl is an amazing actress.I love her and I love Greys Anatomy but her story line sucked. Out of eveyone story line Izzie Stevens story line suck no one could possible relate to it. And as far as her movies go I like them I do wish she would back away from the RomCom and get into some hardcore drama I love her and she is funny.

I don't blame her for leaving her story line is awful first she gets with Alex then he cheats on her which made her fall in love with a patient then she steals a heart for that patient then he dies she freaks out then she comes back to the hospital then she gets with George(what the hell) she breaks up with him, she gets back with Alex and they are happy then she starts seeing the Ghost of Denny (that sucked) and starts have sex with him. Then she finds out she has a death sentencing diagnoses.

Katherine is an ungrateful average actress, if we all remember this girl 's career when she was on the show was a dream career period.But when she made those comments the reason why it stung so hard was that the writer's strike had ended and people were fighting for respect from the networks, studios, and to be fairly paid. The writers had just got back in the swing of things and this unappreciative b...h who was making triple what they make says something so hurtful, people were insulted.
