From chemtrails nothing more. Wake up, what is going on people open your eyes to what is taking place overhead. Spend a little time looking at the sky while they are spraying and you will see that after a hour or two thing's will start to appear. Anomalies such as Halos around the sun chem bowls and such.

Ive seen ones like this too but the colours were too subtle to capture on my cellphone ... they are really nice to see and make the mind wonder :)

Was it curved or straight? If it was curved it was part of a halo, if it was straight it was a circumhorizontal arc.

It looks like either the bottom portion of a solar halo or a circumhorizontal arc. The video was too short to tell for sure.
