I HATE HATE how they keep comparing Twilight with Harry Potter. Potter is much much better and is so much more successful and meaningful then Twilight.

I don't know, I actually enjoyed Edward's overprotectiveness and seemingly controlling in regards to Bella trying to visit her friend Jacob Black In Eclipse. Why, because it's romantic? Of course not. Because it was human, more so a character flaw that drove most of the story. Nonetheless, Edward realized this and unlike Jacob strived to better himself not only how he acted around Bella and her friend, but how he felt about them. I see that as legitimate character developement.

So now apparentally all you need to write a bestselling book is a computer, the ability to write, an average female girl, and a hot male lead that the girl won't stop gawking about. Don't get me wrong, I like/sorta-love the series and own half of it, but Stephanie (I'm sure she's an incredibly nice woman but,) is a little creepy/crazy. Her idea came from a dream about a sexy vamp. She actually looks like the description of Bella, a little bit of a sick fantasy in my opinion. : \

There are a lot of boys that read the Twilight series, they're just too chicken to come to the book release parties. :P Stephenie Meyer is amazing! She's a name all her own.

Not me, I was at one of them, and I think besides me there was maybe 3 others there? Which surprised me and my friend who went, we were joking saying I was gonna be the only guy there, which would have been funny. But I think I was the only one in a Twilight shirt so I'm better then them. :D
