I lost my grandmother to breast cancer about 20 years ago. I participated in the United Devices Cancer project until it folded last year. Since then, I've been running WCG. I too highly recommend it to anyone who cares.

I stopped using BOINC, more specifically WGC, and Rosetta@home, in jan, and I have forgotten how much fun it was. I recently reinstalled it on my computers! I love BOINC! Sorry to hear about your loss man. I can empathize with you on that accord.
