A white man could never get away with anything like this but our society allows a black man to pull this off and get re-elected. I guess Nagin was right about New Orleans being a Chocolate City.

As a person of color I find Nagin to be absolutely offensive. He's not a uniter but a divider. I'm so glad that I did not vacation in New Orleans as I originally had thought about doing. Anyone know when Nagin's term as mayor is up?
