On October 13th 1999, Ronnie O'Sullivan compiled a maximum 147 break during his Round 4 match at the Grand Prix against Graeme Dott.

he made his first 147 in competition in 1997 at the Crucible (the famous break in 5.20 mins)

There wont be a better player than him ever. only thing remaining that i could think of is to make a maximum left handed. LOL imagine that. Hes the only one capable of that i guess.

Yes, and since it's Ronnie he will probably do it at the Crucible. But he could pot the last black with the right hand just to mess with the crowd.
