Yeah, it's 100% electric until you get to the end of your driveway and the gasoline engine has to kick in. What is it, 30 miles to the charge?

As far as being a failure, only 1,703 Volts and 1,025 Leafs have sold so far. For comparison purposes, GM expected 25,000 Volts to sell by the end of the year and Obama said 1 million would be on the road by 2015.
