  • I just subscribed to your channel. Great stuff. I have an issue. When I get threatened or am in a position where I need to fight, I don't get scared but I freeze up and can't talk and am ready to fight. If the fight doesn't happen, I stay in that state for about half hour and later I get pains in my lower back. Lower back is connected to the nerves of the brain and maybe its the adrenaline. I can't control it. Any advice? thanks.

  • @TheSeeker008 its defenetly the adrenaline make sure to breath stay clam and focused, clear ur mind of all negative thought or doubts and be in the present moment, with ur attacker listen and be ready to act..its normal u stay in that state, since its the adrenaline withdrawl..start sparring or doing some scenario training will halp u with getting more comfertable with the sensation..

  • i have a problem can u help me? im training self defence and anothers martial arts, when people want to fight me im decided to fight but some reason I hold to fight because I'm afraid my opponent get seriously hurt I do not want to hurt anyone seriously i just want to defend me.... what i can do?

  • @greggXD start sparring and learn to control ur stykes or else u will never learn and wont be able to go full out and control ur stykes...start by getting a partner that wont mind getting hit and c how hard u hit and learn ur power..

  • Adrenaline paralizes me, I get shakey and light headed, (ok guys, stop laughing), any ideas help?

  • @addthis069 du u do any sparring or full out to get the feel and get more comfertable with it..adrenaline is realsed by the body to help u survive, it will allow u to take those punches and hits and not go down..only if u mistaken it for fear u will freeze..start getting familiar with the feeling..and get in the ring breathe and dont fight it but accept it..

Great advice. Once I learned to use that 'nervous' energy to make my movements snappier and to help with explosive movements, my sparring in tournaments improved dramatically. Although the scenario is different I hope that if I end up in a self defense situation on the street, having learned to accept and use adrenaline will come in useful.

  • @addthis069 Its simple just start traning box,mma kick box any think and start doing shadow boxing evry day after some time fighing will become natural to you.

  • @addthis069

Practice practice practice. :P Get over your fears.

  • for some reason i never have adrenaline during fights.. i always have it after but i still haven't lost a fight
