This is really easy to do. Go to iFile/var/mobile/Applications/NFS HP/NFSHP iPHONE APP (Or something like that)/(I forgot the name, it's the only folder, and it's at the top.)/cars then copy and paste the car you want (2 files: 1 for description, 1 for actual car). Choose "Rename" on both when you paste. Then delete the old car you want to hack, and rename the extra files of the car you want to the ones you just deleted.
