I had a dream after my sister's death when I was in mourning, and it probably was more than just a dream. There was a horrible man in the dream who was chasing and scaring little children, but as he was a spirit, he was also not whole, but in parts. I think the song hell is describing something someone saw in a "dream" only you know it's real, and it happens when you die.
