Neurosurgeon,I had to crawl away from a
$250,000 a year job in 1994 to lay on my couch and take pills.Look into this before
you let those clowns cut you,so they can buy a bigger house for the wife to steal someday. bear022013

There is something that releases tension in your feet,, I f you work sitting or at home, get a rubber ball and place under your foot and rock it back and forth, Believe me it helps and of course this therapy may help you. Thanls for the video

i was in pain 4 over a mth and no doctors had the right help but a nurse with a tens machine,, i know i have soft tissue dammage and wondering if this can come back ,,even after tens relieved the pain and not pain killers,none worked believe me. but here in canada my re hab doctors wont see me till i have my cat scan in 6 ths .. how can they get a clear picture 6 mths later

respected sir, i am a doctor 27 years, my mri findings & impression says evidence of dehydration ,discal bulge ,large central ,right paracentral protrusion at l5-s1(measuring 1.5cmx 0.7cm)with compression of thecal sac and right traversing nerve roots seen rest of the findings are normal.due to severe pain i counsultd a chiropractor after spinal manipulation am totally free of pain ,but i have TINGLING AND NUMBNESS (LEFT GREAT TOE AND HEEL) why it is creation distrubance on opposite side.,

The nerves can get irritated from any source, including herniated disc or soft tissue problem, once irritated, they usually stay irritated.
So, the therapy can work, whatever the source of the problem. If the responses are temporary, then the underlying issue probably needs to be further addressed.
The nerves themselves are rarely directly addressed, that is why this work, manual therapy to the nerves, is important,
