This video chronicles the on again off again build of a Flair Legionnaire which is a sport scale version of the Nieuport 17. The model is done in Russian Imperial markings and the word in Cyrillic handwriting on the side says "Bob" which is a nickname for "Boris."

Gorgeous...A pleasure to the eyes and a tribute to the craftsmanship of real modelmakers like us old school...try to match this beauty with an Arf/Barf...lol
That is Real Model-Making, taking your time to produce a work of art out of some pieces of wood and other materials...be it a kit or totally scratch-built.
I thought no one cared or remembered how to build anymore.You just made my day.Thanks for the wonderfull Video.Can't help watching again and again..Hats off..

That is a nice build! You gotta love a nice old Bipe! It is obvious you have put a lot of LOVE in this one. I would like to see a video of it flying!
I am finishing a Super Lazy Ace, 96" span, and will post videos of it when it flies.
