Sturm Und Drang RIPS OFF OLD TUNES

This vid will hopefully explain why Sturm Und Drang is shamelessly ripping off old metal tunes and, thus, sucks. For instance, this particular song has quite a few recycled "parts" from other songs, two of which are very obvious. I.e, the drums of Judas Priest - Painkiller and the guitars of Gamma Ray - Last Before The Storm.

Great job! You could have added also that the guitar solo of this dumbass song is basically a straight copy from "Accept - Metal Heart"s intro. I, at least, noticed it instantly...

YES! Their songs sound similar to other bands' music... But they made it THEIR OWN! It is a completely different song, so no, they're NOT ripping off other bands. You're truly PATHETIC!

Even if the drums and guitar is similar the song is completely different so it doesn't really matter at all. Ever riff in the world has been used so it really don't matter as long as the song is different.i think your just jealous because those "kids" are better than you.Its really sad that you even made this video and accusation.....what a loser.

There's a thin line between inspiration and imitation. Sturm Und Drang are obviously influenced by a lot of other bands, but they need to make sure they don't cross the line.

@Warpadice Dude the only parts I heard similar to the Gammaa ray song was the beginning. The rest was completely different. and so what if the intro sounds like pain killer? Priest is one of their influences and they paid homage to it. If you want to dig that far into it, all power metal is basically copying the Iron Maiden formula for riffs and harmonies. Be happy that this group of 18-19 year olds are enjoying metal rather than shitty pop or mainstream music.

Personally, this video would be more convincing if you listed more songs. don't take that as a personal challenge, cause I like sturm und drang, but yes they have similarities to other songs. Besides do you think SuD gives a rat's a** about people making videos of them copying? This is also the ONLY video i've seen of someone accusing them. If they copy stuff, that's their problem. that doesn't mean that they don't write their own stuff.
