Hi, I work at schneider electric.

our H R department are all managers, unfortunately they do not have employees. basically they are always busy doing meetings after which they take smoking breaks

H R then start preparing for organization changes where an employee discovers he is not of any use to the organization

at all

Then of course coffee break.

afterwards, they get busy writing long internal communication mails with just enough number of spelling mistakes, grammer mistakes, and confirmation of a rumor that has been going around since like 6 months and.. a happy valentine's day wish to you

At the end of the day they would come back to you with a new catch phrase that only proves they do not know absolutely anything about what you are going through.. We Love it here.
sure you do my friend.

  • Is it true? :)

  • I disagree with your position on HR at Schneider Electric; I'm also a US employee. I find that development and support for employees is top notch here. Sure there are kinks in the system, but the changes we are going through are necessary to be competitive as a global org. Step back and look at the opportunities and benefits available, then take the initiative to take advantage of them. Plus, SE gives back to society and the environment in so many ways. HR does their best, just as you should.

  • hi am currently employeed by schneider. This is true. HR is for the US is located in Mexico. we get no service. Schneider France does not like americans. They are moving the american jobs to Mexico. BUT, they want the americans to buy there products? Go figure. I would not give this company a good rating for employee relations.

  • Hi, I work at schneider electric too. Nice video...lmao.

  • This is very true

HR till today could not keep best talent engineers. My best friends left company because of HR Don't Care.

I don't know when HR will think about us, our salary, bounces or motivation.

Schneider are still thinking that good product will bring orders.

Without motivation, recognition, workforce development programs, we will not be able to be creative and innovators.

  • I agree with you... HR is rubbish in schneider electric. I am a former schneider electric employee...
