Dimel Deadlifts. Great movement for the posterior chain and glutes. Used to help condition the lockout of a deadlift. Drop the barbell in a controlled fashion 1 inch below and in front of your knees while maintaining proper bracing of your abdominals and reverse the motion. Squeeze your ass hard at the top. Recommended use by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell is to perform the movement for sets of 20 repetitions.
