Removing those bolts is really important?
Is it possible to change the belt without doing that?

And that is the wrong header tank cap.

That is possible and it is in the proceedure to loosen the exhaust cam pulley.
Also this video doesn't make sense and is not the correct method.

Why don't you slacken exhaust pulley also before tensioning belt ? won't this cause
the timing to be out slightly maybe a tooth??

why do you remove the 4 bolts from the cam pully wheel then put them back in again?
