@calum66 I'm referring to a large group of out of control people who's collective behavior are trying to mimic nazi germany & russian stazi with the KKK thrown in for an added strangeness. They have used nose picking tapes to try an control or humiliate mainly poor folks. That's why they are called snotzi.( It has been called hick hunting). It's really about sex & child exploitation more than anything. It really does look like they are totally demon possessed. Very strange & illegal indeed.
