So, now these guys want to control the ocean. What is meant by derelict according to these nut cases? What constitutes an abandoned boat? This is a very dangerous committee that clearly does not understand the lifestyle and is intolerant towards people not like them. Reminds me of some history in the past where groups of people were targeted by small minds.
