The RA are the most selfish bunch of hypocrites it has ever been my displeasure to come across.

They scream and march for rights to roam yet they want to stop all other past times that involve being in the countryside.

The way they disrespect peoples property in the country is disgusting aswell. The countryside isnt just a playground, it's peoples work place, homes etc etc.

Sorry but i have no respect or liking for the RA and im a walker etc as well as a biker.

I'm sorry to have to say this (I'm normally a guarded youtube 'critic'), but these comments are ridiculous. The RA is a group of walkers who are trying to open up the land to everyone.

Why? Because actually - no one owns the igneous rocks or clay beds on which we walk. And you're happy to walk on urban streets which serve as 'peoples work place, homes etc. etc.' to quote the above.

Walking is a harmless, ancient, integral part of existance. Rabbits and foxes walk the land. And so should we.

What's your problem with the RA? It's a charity that just wants to get as much of the countryside as it can, opened up to the general public, instead of allowing only those big land owners or the rich to enjoy OUR country.

I can manage to go for a walk thank you very much without the Ramblers help. What started out as quite a worthy organisation has mutated into a complete bunch of facists that would deny access to the countryside unless you are the "right sort" and I say that as a member of a local access forum

Factually inaccurate - You CANT take credit for mass trespass, nor can the RA call all walkers ramblers. Rmblrs mainly arent serious walkers - putting your walking boots on and your bobble hat just to walk a few miles makes me sick - the word WALT springs to mind. If serious they would work to maintain RoW for ALL users, that includes cyclists, equine and MPVs on BOATS. The RA members who I have often met are just plain ignorant dishing out 'advice' to other LEGAL users in an 'Oh So Holy' manner
