Basically it's a video comparing the quality of render capabilities using Sweet Home 3D renderer (with 4 quality settings), the stock Blender Render, as well as a script called Yarafray (currently version 0.1.1 I think). It's pretty obvious that top Sweet Home 3D and Yarafray renders out perform the Blender one, but that's just my opinion.
