    I think it very much is a case of language changing over time. That said, one day we'll just merge your/you're into a single word considering the current poor usage.

    It bothers me that intuitive and intuitable are used interchangeably in the same way that hot and piquant are used interchangeably. It leads to confusing, and working to clear the air on the issue can only be a good thing.

    I understand where you are coming from but in most dictionaries I can find (particularly Oxford which I tend to go by) intuitive has a secondary definition of 'easy to use or understand'. I think this is a case of language changing over time.

    Please read the article "Intuitive vs. Intuitable EHRs: Do We Need Smarter Users or Smarter User Interfaces?" by Chuck Webster for one example article about why it would be could to clear up this issue.
