  • When I was attending Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lindsay I would goof around trying to find ways to catch fish. I made a drop shot by using a bell sinker, and three way swivel with a floating jig head tipped with a shiner. I caught so many Walleye that way! I even caught a few unintentional juvenile Musky on that rig.

I am really impressed by your tippet!! I am going to use that instead of a three way from now on! Thanks Italo, and god bless!

  • @canmoore Hey, I attended SSFC too and graduated as a Fish & Wildlife Technician! Sounds like you caught a lot of fish on your rig. I am sure the tippet I showed will work for you. I suggest though that you add an in-line swivel up from the tippet just to ensure there is no line twist, especially if you are planning on using larger minnows...God bless you, Italo

  • @ItaloLabignan small world! I graduated as an Aquaculture Technician!

  • @canmoore Me too. Sir Sanford Flemming College, Lindsay, ON, a long time ago....1978!...God bless you, Italo

  • Very nice video,i never used a drop shot set up for perch, specially with a streamer.I'm gonna have to try it out.Your channel is the most enjoyable to watch, very informative and you're down to earth. God bless to you!

  • @bansheeboy1982 Thank you for your kind words, I receive them! The streamers work excellent, especially if they are the length and color of the baitfish the bigger perch are feeding on....God bless you, Italo
